    If you are a member, you can book lessons through the member's page. Non-members should please use the form below to make a reservation.
  • What is your cancellation and change policy?
    You can cancel or change a lesson up to 3 hours before class time to receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes made less than 3 hours before the lesson are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
  • What online platform do you use?
    We use Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or Google Meet. Please let us know your preferred platform.
  • How is the content of the lessons determined?
    Lesson content is customized by the instructor according to the learner's goals and level. We cover a wide range of topics including travel Japanese conversation, daily conversation, grammar, and reading news articles.
  • What levels of learners do you cater to?
    We cater to a wide range of levels, from beginner to intermediate-advanced.
  • How can I choose the lesson times?
    Lessons are available in 25-minute or 50-minute sessions. Please choose according to your convenience.
  • How do I join the community?
    Joining the community is free. Please register using the participation form on our website.
  • What resources are offered in the community?
    We provide original worksheets, learning roadmaps, shared recommended materials, and original quizzes.
  • Can you tell me about the event schedule and how to participate?
    You can check the schedule for reading clubs and networking events on the community page. Details on how to participate are also listed on each event’s page.
  • How do I use the community forum?
    In the community forum, you can freely interact in discussions about learning, progress reports, and questions. To participate in the forum, you need to be registered as a member.
  • What devices and software are required for online lessons?
    You can participate using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. We use software like Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or Google Meet.
  • What should I do if I encounter technical problems?
    If you experience technical difficulties, please refer to the support page of the lesson platform or contact the instructor directly.
  • Can the content of the lessons be changed?
